African tradition, culture, acts and games are things that has the test of time and keeps revolving in new generations, come rain come shine it is always there and always part of our history. No wonder our new act for the week Daaryurr a Nigerian born international artist specialize in Afrobeat and his known for his distinctive style and vocally gifted voice.

He has an incredible hit song OBI, which reminiscence about one of the games played in the good old days by African children, played by Daaryurr and still played today by African children, they gather on the street to play this favourite game especially in the evenings. In the lyrics of the song Daaryurr said he refer to the game OBI to be played by people just as the game is played by children freely cause strong bonds where formed while playing this game and the relationship is still enjoyed till today from childhood.
